Katrina was born here in Montreal where she grew up with her mother and two siblings. She is fluent in both French and English, with a deep knowledge of customer satisfaction and service.

Her passion for skin care and aesthetic treatments began when she was young which prompted her to attend Gordon Robertson Beauty Academy, where she later graduated in Aesthetics in 2018. She worked in an aesthetic-dermatology clinic for 4 years where she acquired the skills in administration and reception. This includes answering phone calls and emails, booking consultations, taking payments, managing the physician schedules, as well as handling biopsies and biopsy reports. Moreover, she has assisted in the setup for procedures done by the doctors in each clinic.

Katrina’s attention to detail and her outgoing personality makes her a great asset to Le 1620. She has a strong ability to connect with our patients to offer the most exceptional service by ensuring they feel valued and understood.

Katrina is a mom of two beautiful little girls. In her spare time, she enjoys getting pampered, travelling, and planning fun adventures for her family.
